Shopping for sensitive skin is difficult. That’s why we offer a 30 days FREE RETURN for you to try the products and if you are not completely satisfied you can return an item for FREE. We’ll even cover the cost of postage too.

Did you know? It takes about a month of use for skin care products before you’ll see results. Therefore, we encourage you to give your new products a try for a full four weeks before deciding to return them.   1. Before returning a product, please contact us via contact form https://www.koko4skin.com/en/contact/. Please do not forget to mention your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Afterwards we’ll send you all the info you need to send your products back to us.
  2. Please note, that if you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return.
  3. Please pack the item(s) securely and include the invoice.
  4. Please note that we don’t include return labels with orders. When you contact us we’ll provide you with the return address.
  5. You’ll need to pay the initial cost of postage. Once you have posted the product, email a picture of your postage receipt to us and we’ll refund it.
  6. It is important that you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
  7. If you had received a free gift/product upon ordering during one of our promotional offers and would like to return your whole order, then you would also need to return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order for us to process your refund.
  8. Should you return your whole order, but keep the free gift/product, then the value price of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the rest of your order.
  9. Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used in the original order.
  10. We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
  11. Empty bottles/tubes of products cannot be accepted.
  12. Returns that exceed the 30 day guarantee period cannot be accepted.
  13. Sale items are not eligible for return.
